Reviews and Ratings
I had a marvelous time at this hotel. The grandeur of the rooms made my leisure time amazing, although the loud noise from the wooden staircase was a bit bothersome. The service was top-notch, with a passion for history and a willingness to accommodate our room request. The location was perfect, right in the city center of Jicin, close to many regional attractions. The dining experience was average, with room for improvement in variety and quality. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and a prime location.
Staying at the Grand Hotel Praha was a mixed experience. The rooms exuded a splendid 'grandeur' tied to Czech history, with features like a minibar and suite comforts in room 23. However, the service, while accommodating with arranging taxis, was lacking in the slow-paced restaurant service. The location, although central in the old town center of Jicin, had limited hours of operation. The dining experience, offering a wide variety of meals in a historic building, was a highlight, but the red meat options were not up to par. The facilities were well-maintained, but there were some limitations to consider.
The hotel rooms, themed around a famous motorbike racer with a very art deco style, are way more stylish than expected. However, the rooms need new paint and have outdated bathrooms. The breakfast selection is poor.
Staying at Grand Hotel Praha was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel's central location provided easy access to key attractions, although the early closing time was a minor inconvenience. The dining options were varied, with some dishes standing out more than others. The facilities offered were enjoyable and added value to the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The room was beautiful, but some extra standard amenities were missing. The service was excellent, with friendly staff and attentive to our requests. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. The dining experience was a bit lacking, with room for improvement. Overall, a pleasant stay.
